Neiman Marcus Cake

This cake came from Cathy Odell. It is easy, really good and gets lots of complements. As far as I can figure out, the name only refers to the fact that it is incredibly rich.

Bottom Layer
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1/4 lb butter
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cp chopped pecans
Top Layer
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 eggs, beaten

Mix together first four ingredients and press into 13x9 cake pan. Cake pan should be greased and floured. Mix last 3 ingredients together and spread on top of cake that has been pressed into pan. Bake at 300 degress for 1 hour.
